CIVIL COMPLAINT

Fa1n7ed, proceeding with counsel hereby brings this civil action and for their allegations
against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows:
STATEMENT
1. On the 8th of July, the Plaintiff, ran over to Sterling Car Dealership to spawn a vehicle,
the Defendant spawned his vehicle at the same venue.
2. Defendant then proceeded, unprovoked, to grab a Stenson M2-A from his vehicle and
open fire into the Plaintiff's vehicle.
3. These shots resulted in the death of the Plaintiff and the destruction of the Plaintiff's
vehicle.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
1. This Court has federal question jurisdiction because this action arises under the Courts
and Clerks Act. See 5 R. Stat. § 209
2. Venue is proper in this Court because the alleged actions took place in the Sterling Car
Dealer, which is In-game subject to the laws of Ridgeway County.
PARTIES
1. Fa1n7ed is a citizen of the United States of America.
2. 1uPlegacY is a citizen of the United States of America.
TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts:
a. 5 R. Stat. § 209 - Wrongful Death
2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 1 be as follows:
a. $2,500.00 in ingame currency in compensatory damages
b. The plaintiff also requests an order of protection spanning from 10th July to 20th
August.
