DEFAULT JUDGEMENT ORDER RECOMMENDATION
BACKGROUND
In the case of xXBoomblast339Xx v. 1uPlegacY a civil complaint1 was filed with the
court under the County Judge Antradz. County Judge Antradz assigned Magistrate insertfailure
to the case. A Civil Complaint was filed and according to such the plaintiff,
xXBoomblaat339Xx, on the 8th of July the defendant drove in front of the plaintiff’s vehicle that
he was seated in. The defendant then, “unprovoked”, jumped out of the vehicle, pulled a M2-A,
and opened fire into the windshield of the vehicle. These shots resulted in the wrongful death of
the plaintiff. (Sections 1, 2, and 3 of the Statement found within the Civil Complaint).
After such Civil Complaint was filed it was accepted by Magistrate insertfailure.
Magistrate insertfailure then instructed the Plaintiff, xXBoomblast339Xx to write up a
summons2. Such summons was served to the defendant and the defendant was added to the case
chat. Upon entering the case chat the defendant was extremely aggressive, loud, and
disrespectful to both the plaintiff and judges. Aside from behavior the defendant was given a
pleading template to fill out and became extremely irritable over it and stated he would not fill it
out and failed to do so within the 48 hours that were allotted.

JUDGEMENT
Pursuant to Rid. R. Civ. P. 16(c), “The court may enter a default judgment under
circumstances where a party has failed to perform an action as ordered by the court, forming a
failure that prevents the court from settling the legal dispute. The court may do so because of a
motion presented before the court, or on its own.” Due to the Defendant not filling out forms that
he was ordered to fill out creating a circumstance that prevents the court from properly settling
the legal dispute, we see only fit to issue a default judgement.
ORDER
Therefore, the court finds in favor of the Plaintiff and the Defendant is hereby ordered to
pay the $2,500 dollars within 7 days of this order being approved or risk Contempt of Court
charges. The court does not feel comfortable issuing an Order of Protection and shall not grant
one.
It is recommended,
