SENTENCING ORDER
Before the Court is a matter for sentencing after Plaintiff The People of Ridgeway and
Defendant TomDonovanSmith jointly entered into a plea agreement. As a part of the plea
agreement, Defendant agrees to plead guilty to one county of obstruction of justice (2 R.C.C.
§07), and ten counts of involuntary manslaughter (3 R.C.C. §07).
SENTENCING ORDER
As to the count of obstruction of justice, based on the plea of guilty, it is the judgment of
the Court that you now stand convicted of that offense. As to the ten counts of involuntary
manslaughter, based on the plea of guilty, it is the judgment of the court that you now stand
convicted of the offense. However, respecting in-game mechanics, both counts will be listed on
the arrest warrant, but the obstruction of justice count will be utilized as the sentencing factor.
As sentence for Count I (Obstruction of Justice) used as the sentencing factor:
1. The Court commits you to the custody of the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office for a
period of sixty (60) minutes. No credit for any time already served will be granted.
2. Register with the Law Enforcement Training Center as an offender to receive an
appropriate status and record stipulated by the Misconduct Division or other
governing authority therein.
3. Pay compensatory damages in the form of a fine within eight days of the sentence:
a. sayad4 in the amount of $300.
b. ab_bae in the amount of $200.
c. iCitruzx in the amount of $200.
d. Honoripedia in the amount of $200.
e. Jeff23585 in the amount of $100.
