SENTENCING ORDER
Before the Court is a matter for sentencing after Plaintiff The People of Ridgeway and
Defendant tfs2004 jointly entered into a plea agreement. As a part of the plea agreement,
Defendant agrees to plead guilty to one count of obstruction of traffic (7 R.C.C. §23), and one
count of stolen vehicle possession (7 R.C.C. §20).
SENTENCING ORDER
As to the count of obstruction of traffic, based on the plea of guilty, it is the judgment of
the Court that you now stand convicted of that offense. As to the count of possession of a stolen
vehicle, based on the plea of guilty, it is the judgment of the court that you now stand convicted
of the offense. However, respecting in-game mechanics, both counts will be listed on the arrest
warrant, but the possession of a stolen vehicle count will be utilized as the sentencing factor.
As sentence for Count I (Possession of a Stolen Vehicle) used as the sentencing
factor:
1. The Court commits you to the custody of the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office for a
period of sixty (30) minutes. No credit for any time already served will be granted.
