MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGEMENT
- On July 5th, 2021, the Defendant, Paulcar1, was served, and proof of service was
provided by the Plaintiff.
- On July 5th, 2021, the Court entered pretrial stages, of which began on 7/5/2021, and
ended at 7/12/2021 (4:15PM EST).
- After multiple attempts to establish a trial date, the Court agreed to convene on July 15th,
2021, at 8:00pm EST for trial in Webstacks vs Paulcar1.
- The Defendant, Paulcar1, did not attend, nor did he send counsel to represent him, while
additionally displaying contempt towards court proceedings.
- Therefore, Pursuant to Rid. R. Civ. P. 16(c), the Plaintiff moves for Default Judgement to
be granted in these proceedings, and that the Defendant be compelled to provide all torts
requested originally outlined within the Civil Complaint.
