CIVIL COMPLAINT
Presiding Judge: Spencernixon
Matrix_oc, proceeding without counsel, hereby brings this civil action and for their
allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows:
STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. On the 22nd of June, 2021 the plaintiff held an open-mic event within the County of
Ridgeway open to the public in order to permit the People’s civic duty to scrutinize the
government for which they permit to govern.
2. The defendant thereafter took this opportunity of the Executive’s appearance to assault,
batter and kill the plaintiff. See Exhibit A.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
1. Venue is proper because this Court has jurisdiction over where the alleged tortuous
actions took place; the County of Ridgeway. Of which is an in-game jurisdiction
subject to the laws of Ridgeway County.
2. This Court has federal question jurisdiction because this action arises under the Courts
and Clerks Act.
3. The alleged violations are common law and statutory law violations against the plaintiff.
See 5 R. Stat. §203, §209.
PARTIES
1. Matrix_oc is a citizen of the United States of America.
2. Tactical_Brandon is a citizen of the United States of America.
TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts:
a. 5 R. Stat. § 203 - Assault
b. 5 R. Stat. § 209 - Wrongful Death
1. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for 5 R. Stat. § 203 be as follows:
a. $800 in ingame currency in punitive damages.
2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for 5 R. Stat. § 209 be as follows:
a. $2,000 in ingame currency in punitive and compensatory damages.
