FACTUAL BACKGROUND
On July 6th, 2021 a summons was issued ordering Defendant to appear before the court.
Defendant failed to appear within the 48 hour window allotted to them as required by Rid. R.
Civ. P. 11(a)(1)(A)(i).
CONCLUSION
Default judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Defendant is ordered to compensate Plaintiff
with $1,000 for the claim of assault, and $2,000 for the claim of wrongful death by July 18th,
2021 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time, failure to do so will result in a warrant for Defendant's arrest.
