CIVIL COMPLAINT

The plaintiff (Ms. Kellypetonl), proceeding pro se, submits the following civil action and
for their allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows:
STATEMENT
1. On the 19th of June, the plaintiff was driving in a Grey Percivel registered to
(kellypetonl) on a County road, near the intersection leading to RNG island.
2. The defendant driving in a Taxi Percivel then blocked the roadway to prevent the passage
of the plaintiff on the open road.
3. The defendant then stepped out of the vehicle and took such an opportunity of the
plaintiff being blocked in, to discharge their firearm and assault and wrongfully kill the
plaintiff.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
1. Venue is proper because this Court has jurisdiction over where the alleged tortuous
actions took place; the County of Ridgeway. Of which is an in-game jurisdiction
subject to the laws of Ridgeway County.
2. This Court has federal question jurisdiction because this action arises under the Courts
and Clerks Act. See 5 R. Stat. § 203 and § 209.
PARTIES
1. Kellypetonl is a citizen of the United States of America.
2. Nickss_s is a citizen of the United States of America.
TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts:
a. 5 R. Stat. § 203 - Assault
b. 5 R. Stat. § 209 - Wrongful Death
1. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for 5 R. Stat. § 203 be as follows:
a. $1,000 in ingame currency in punitive damages.
2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for 5 R. Stat. § 209 be as follows:
a. $2,000 in ingame currency in punitive damages.
