DISMISSAL ORDER
Plaintiff brings a civil action against the Defendant for two tortious claims stemming
from a homicidal incident. Plaintiff’s conduct in chambers has been extremely violative of
established principles of administration and local chamber rules. Furthermore, Plaintiff brings
this action contemporaneous with three other civil filings. Plaintiff did not have a Discord
account until the date of initiation of suit. Logically, it is safe to assume that Plaintiff is an alt,
and their claims are baseless.
CONCLUSION
Therefore, the Court deems the litigation frivolous, and dismisses the case without
prejudice.
