THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY RIDGEWAY COUNTY COURT KELLYPETONL, Plaintiff. -against- Deputy_StarRBLX, Defendant. Case No. CCRC-CV-1317 CIVIL COMPLAINT Presiding Judge: Spencernixon The plaintiff (Ms. Kellypetonl), proceeding without counsel, submits the following civil action and for their allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows: STATEMENT 1. On the 16th of June, the plaintiff was driving in a Grey Visco registered to (kellypetonl) through the residential area of Oakland. 2. While driving the plaintiff had seen two individuals illegally brandishing in a residential area. 3. The plaintiff stepped out of their vehicle being a Grey Visco registered to (kellypetonl) and began to alert the civilians who were brandishing that they were actively committing a crime. 4. The plaintiff was then threatened as the defendant withdrew their Stetson M1 and pointed it directly at the unarmed plaintiff who was standing on the sidewalk, being public property. 5. Then the defendant proceeded to tell the plaintiff who was on public property to “leave”. Deputy_StarRBLX began counting down from the number “5”. 6. When the defendant reached the number “1” after counting down from “5”, the defendant began to open fire, assaulting and ultimately killing the plaintiff wrongfully and without legal justification. 7. After the defendant murdered the plaintiff, Deputy_StarRBLX walks away, reloads their weapon, and begins to arson the Grey Visco registered to (kellypetonl). JURISDICTION AND VENUE 1. Venue is proper because this Court has jurisdiction over where the alleged tortuous actions took place; the County of Ridgeway. Of which is an in-game jurisdiction subject to the laws of Ridgeway County. 2. This Court has federal question jurisdiction because this action arises under the Courts and Clerks Act. See 5 R. Stat. §. PARTIES 1. Kellypetonl is a citizen of the United States of America. 2. Deputy_StarRBLX is a citizen of the United States of America. TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF 1. The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts: a. 5 R. Stat. § 203 - Assault b. 5 R. Stat. § 209 - Wrongful Death 1. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for 5 R. Stat. § 203 be as follows: a. $1,500 in ingame currency in punitive damages. 2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for 5 R.
