On July 16th, 2021, Magistrate Robloxian_ej recommended, and the court accepted,
summary judgment pursuant to Rid. R. Civ. P. 16(d).
CONCLUSION
Summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff, Defendant is ordered to compensate Plaintiff
with $1,750, by July 31st, 2021 at 6:30 PM Eastern Time, failure to do so will result in a warrant
for Defendant's arrest.
