TrendLUV, proceeding without counsel hereby brings this civil action and for their
allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows:
STATEMENT
1. On the 14th of June, the defendant proceeded to approach the plaintiff and assaulted him
with his bat multiple times. Then, the defendant killed the plaintiff with his bat.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
1. Venue is proper in this Court because the alleged actions took place in the City of Palmer,
which is subject to the laws of Ridgeway County.1
PARTIES
1. TrendLUV is a citizen of the United States of America.
2. tsf2004 is a citizen of the United States of America.
TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts:
a. Assault
b. Wrongful death
2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort A be as follows:
a. $2,500 in ingame currency in punitive damages.
3. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort B be as follows:
a. $2,500 in ingame currency in punitive damages.
