Case No.CCRC-CV-1298 CIVIL COMPLAINT Presiding Judge: spencernixon xXBoomblast339Xx, proceeding without counsel hereby brings this civil action and for their allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows: STATEMENT 1. On the 15th of June, the plaintiff was standing outside the Palmer Car Dealership, conversing with a stranger they had just met.. 2. The defendants approached the plaintiff and other civilians around him in a red visco. 3. The defendants proceeded to jump out of the visco and pull out police grade rifles. 4. The defendants then opened fire on the civilians and plaintiff, firing multiple shots, resulting in the death of the plaintiff and surrounding civilians. 5. The defendants then re-entered their vehicle and drove off. 6. The defendants together both caused the death of the plaintiff, thus making them both liable for the below torts and reliefs. JURISDICTION AND VENUE 1. This Court has federal question jurisdiction because this action arises under the Courts and Clerks Act. See 5 R. Stat. § 2. Venue is proper in this Court because the alleged actions took place in the Palmer Car Dealership, which is a Discord/In-game subject to the laws of Ridgeway County. PARTIES 1. xXBoomblast339Xx is a citizen of the United States of America. 2. lionking6372365 is a citizen of the United States of America. 3. 1uPlegacY is a citizen of the United States of America. TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF 1. The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts: a. 5 R. Stat. § 209 - Wrongful Death 2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for 5 R. Stat. § 209 - Wrongful Death be as follows: a. $2,500 in ingame currency in compensatory damages b.
