SENTENCING ORDER
SENTENCING MEMORANDUM
Defendant entered a guilty plea to all six counts charged against him by the government.
After being admonished of consequences of a guilty plea, defendant affirmed that the plea was
voluntary and of their own free will. The Court accepts the guilty plea to all six counts.
In sentencing Mr. Zxntage, the government suggested a sixty-minute sentence. The Court
sees no reason to reject the suggestion made by the government.
THEREFORE, defendant, Zxntage, shall be sentenced to the custody of the Ridgeway
County Sheriffs Office for SIXTY (60) minutes without credit for time served. A warrant shall
issue for the execution of this sentence.
