ORDER AND JUDGMENT
JUDGMENT
The County of Ridgeway charged defendant AlfredoGiancana, a/k/a RossApostoli, with
three counts of second-degree murder, one count of unlawful discharge of a firearm, one count of
brandishing, and one count of attempted murder. The defendant pleaded not guilty to all charges,
and waived his right to a jury trial. The defendant was represented by Mr. jedistormtrooper0625
and Mr. Robloxian_ej.
The verdict was previously released in the case chat. However, to reiterate:
ON the first count, second-degree murder, a felony with a maximum of 30 minutes, the
County Court hereby finds the defendant, NOT GUILTY.
ON the second count, second-degree murder, a felony with a maximum of 30 minutes,
the County Court hereby finds the defendant, NOT GUILTY.
ON the third count, second-degree murder, a felony with a maximum of 30 minutes, the
County Court hereby finds the defendant, NOT GUILTY.
ON the fourth count, unlawful discharge of a firearm, a misdemeanor with a maximum of
25 minutes, the County Court hereby finds the defendant, GUILTY.
ON the fifth count, brandishing, a misdemeanor with a maximum of 15 minutes, the
County Court hereby finds the defendant, GUILTY.
ON the sixth count, attempted murder, a felony with a maximum of 25 minutes, the
County Court hereby finds the defendant, GUILTY.
Both the County and the defense have suggested a sentence of a fine of $1200, 20
minutes of prison time, and a revocation of the defendant’s RFLID. Because no opposition has
been filed for this sentence, the Court accepts the suggested sentence, and such a sentence is
hereby imposed.
