CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Come forth the people of Ridgeway County to seek justice and preserve the
dignity of the county and therein charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 10 - SECOND DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 30 MINUTES
The defendant gunned down a Palmer Police Department officer, as can be seen by looking
at Exhibit A in the evidence log. At around 0:06, you can see the officer (Devideus) take
damage and the defendant enters the recording with his Stetson raised and actively firing at
the officer.
COUNT TWO - 3 R.C.C. § 10 - SECOND DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 30 MINUTES
After the defendant gunned Palmer Police Department officer Devideus, the defendant takes
aim at Patrol Officer Jeff23585 who by then is then trying to respond to the threat of the
active shooter.
COUNT THREE - 3 R.C.C. § 10 - SECOND DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 30 MINUTES
The third and final murder committed is the one on the detective (at the time) who submitted
this clip to us. Detective BetaAquaDev can be seen attempting to take out the threat after
officers Devideus and Jeff23585 died to his rifle, only for himself to be killed in the process.
COUNT FOUR - 5 R.C.C. § 05 - UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM
OFFENSE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
MAX SENTENCE: 25 MINUTES
On the footage (Exhibit A) the defendant can be seen discharging his firearm at the Palmer
car dealership which is within Palmer’s city limits. The defendant had no reason (such as
self defense) to discharge his firearm in this manner.
COUNT FIVE - 5 R.C.C. § 04 - BRANDISHING
OFFENSE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
MAX SENTENCE: 15 MINUTES
The defendant can be seen brandishing his rifle throughout nearly the entire clip, this is
happening within Palmer’s city limits, the defendant had once again no reason to brandish,
nor was he on any property that allowed such an act (like the Sterling gun club).
COUNT SIX - 3 R.C.C. § 3.08 - ATTEMPTED MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 25 MINUTES
In exhibit B, the defendant is seen attempting to free the individual that was being detained
by Palmer Police Department detectives. His attempt to kill the person in question was
unsuccessful as he was quickly taken out by guardsman BrandonnLUV
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE #1
On April 25th, 2021, we can see Sergeant BetaAquaDev and Devideus having a
disagreement as to who was the owner of an unmarked Actila. In the midst of the disagreement,
the defendant unlawfully brandishes his weapon within the City Limits of Palmer, but outside of
a firearms store, illegally discharges their firearm without the legal means to do so, and
immediately kills Senior Patrol Officer Devideus, and thus committing murder to the second
degree.
Sergeant BetaAquaDev hops out of his patrol vehicle and is seen attempting to shoot at
the defendant, to which point Officer Jeff23585 hops out of their patrol vehicle and attempts to
shoot the defendant, but the defendant kills Jeff23585 immediately, and thus committing murder
to the second degree. Shortly thereafter, the Defendant is seen killing Sergeant BetaAquaDev,
and thus committing murder to the second degree a third time.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE #2
On the 15th of May, 2021, SIU Detectives iiDark_Law and TH3GH0U1 had just secured
and apprehended their suspect behind the Palmer Gas Station. The defendant is then shown
getting out of their grey actila and walking up the Detective’s vehicle. Following that, the
defendant holstered their rifle and shot directly at the suspect in custody in an attempt to free him
from law enforcement. The Detective’s swift response, along with the RNG Brigade General’s,
successfully stopped the attempt in its tracks and killed the defendant.
