Come forth the people of Ridgeway County to seek justice and preserve the
dignity of the county and therein charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 9 - FIRST DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 35 MINUTES
JacobSpinelli began to fire at individuals located at Palmer Car Dealership and murdered a
Palmer Police Department Officer with clear intent and malice.
COUNT TWO - 3 R.C.C. § 9 - FIRST DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 35 MINUTES
JacobSpinelli continued to fire at individuals located at Palmer Car Dealership and
murdered a civilian who was standing on the sidewalk with clear intent and malice.
COUNT THREE - 3 R.C.C. § 9 - FIRST DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 35 MINUTES
Sharpshooxterr exited his vehicle and began to fire at Palmer Police Department Officer
zoultix, murdering him with clear intent and malice.
COUNT FOUR - 3 R.C.C. § 9 - FIRST DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 35 MINUTES
AltitudeJustRight exited his vehicle and began to approach the crowd of individuals at
Palmer Car Dealership. AltitudeJustRight then began to open fire at the crowd, murdering
JoSawashiro with clear intent and malice.
COUNT FIVE - 3 R.C.C. § 9 - FIRST DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 35 MINUTES
After approaching the crowd of individuals at Palmer Car Dealership, AltitudeJustRight
continued to discharge his firearm at civilians, murdering another civilian, RyojinKazama,
with clear intent and malice.
COUNT SIX - 3 R.C.C. § 9 - FIRST DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 35 MINUTES
While continuing to discharge his firearm at civilians, AltitudeJustRight fatally shot a third
civilian, VittorioGiacalone, with clear intent and malice.
COUNT SEVEN - 3 R.C.C. § 9 - FIRST DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 35 MINUTES
AltitudeJustRight then jumped over a Red Percivel and continued to shoot at civilians
hiding behind it, murdering MikeyMaranzano with clear intent and malice.
COUNT EIGHT - 3 R.C.C. § 9 - FIRST DEGREE MURDER

MAX SENTENCE: 35 MINUTES
Lionking6372365 began to approach the crowd of civilians at Palmer Car Dealership.
Lionking6372365 then spotted EleanoraGiordano attempting to flee and murdered her with
clear intent and malice.
COUNT NINE - 3 R.C.C. § 9 - FIRST DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 35 MINUTES
AltitudeJustRight continued to look for individuals attempting to flee the scene and spotted
FredrichChetty. AltitudeJustRight began to discharge his firearm at the civilian, murdering
him with clear intent and malice.
COUNT TEN - 3 R.C.C. § 9 - FIRST DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 35 MINUTES
While attempting to look for more individuals to murder, AltitudeJustRight spotted
RiccardoDiMaggio picking up ammunition.. AltitudeJustRight discharged his firearm at
RiccardoDiMaggio, murdering him with clear intent and malice.

COUNT ELEVEN - 4 R.C.C. § 8 - ARSON
OFFENSE TYPE: FELONY
MAX SENTENCE: 20 MINUTES
After all of the defendants murdered many individuals, Sharpshooxterr returned back to a
Red Percivel and began to discharge his firearm at it, destroying it.
COUNT TWELVE - 5 R.C.C. § 05 - UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM
OFFENSE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
MAX SENTENCE: 25 MINUTES
All defendants unlawfully discharged their firearm without the legal means to do so due to
the fact that they were not defending themselves nor any other individuals.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
On May, 31st, 2021, Corporal TacticalGrunts with the Palmer Police
Department was investigating a large group of civilians at the Palmer Car Dealer
within the Palmer City Limits. As Corporal TacticalGrunts stands and analyzes the
situation gunfire rings out and MrMichealDForehead and Corporal TacticalGrunts
were struck by bullets and succumbed to their injuries, see 00:07-00:09 on Exhibit
A, In Exhibit A and Exhibit B it is shown that the aforementioned defendant,
JacobSpinelli utilizes an illegally obtained M2A Automatic Rifle to kill said
individuals.
Still at the Palmer Car Dealer as gunfire continues to ring out, an innocent
civilian, JoSawashira, was struck by gunfire from the aforementioned defendant,
AltitudeJustRight. AltitudeJustRight would continue to discharge his firearm at
JoSawashira, murdering him. see 00:09-00:10 Exhibit A. AltitudeJustRight utilized
an illegally obtained M2A Automatic Rifle to kill said individual.
Moments after JoSawashira was shot and killed, another innocent civilian
was struck by gunfire, RyojinKazama, the aforementioned defendant,
AltitudeJustRight is shown shooting and killing RyojinKazama, JacobSpinelli is not
suspected of murdering RyojinKazama as he is seen sprinting back towards Palmer
Beach to get a better line of fire. See 00:10-00:11 for the Murder of RyojinKazam. At
the same timing another innocent civilian, VittiorioGiacalone, was shot multiple
times and killed, the aforementioned defendant, AltitudeJustRight is shown
shooting and killing VittorioGiacalone, see 00:10-00:11 Exhibit A. AltitudeJustRight
utilized an illegally obtained M2A Automatic Rifle to kill the said individuals.
Immediately after VittiorioGiacalone was shot and killed, the aforementioned
defendant, AltitudeJustRight, is shown advancing towards civilian MikeyMarazano
and murdering him. Soon after the death of MikeyMarazano, Sharpshooxterr is
seen exiting his vehicle and advancing towards Probationary Officer zoultix with
the Palmer Police Department, he then begins to open fire on zoultix killing him as
he attempts to subdue the aforementioned defendant, JacobSpinelli. See
00:12-00:13 Exhibit A for zoultix’s murder. See 00:15-00:16, Exhibit A for
MikeyMarazano’s murder. AltitudeJustRight utilized an illegally obtained M2A
Automatic Rifle to kill MikeyMarazano.
After MikeyMarazano was killed, another civilian, EleanoraGiordano, is
shown attempting to run away from the gunfire. The aforementioned defendant
Lionking6372365 is shown turning back and firing at EleanoraGiordano inevitably
killing her, see 00:20-00:21. Lionking6372365 utilized an illegally obtained M2A
Automatic Rifle to kill said individual.
Moments after EleanoraGiordano is shot and killed, another civilian,
FriedrichChetty is seen attempting to find an escape route and runs back and forth
in the process of attempting to find an escape route. The aforementioned defendant
AltitudeJustRight is shown jumping onto the Red Percivel and firing at
FriedrichChetty killing him, see 00:22-00:26. AltitudeJustRight utilized an illegally
obtained M2A to kill the said individual.
Moments after FriedrichChetty is shot and killed, another civilian,
RiccardoDiMaggio is seen standing and picking up ammunition, and is ruthlessly
killed by the aforementioned defendant, AltitudeJustRight. AltitudeJustRight
utilized an illegally obtained M2A to kill the said individual, see 00:26-00:31 for
said crime.
Shortly after RiccardoDiMaggio is shot and killed, Sharpshooxetrr returns to
the Red Percivel and blows it up, fully destroying it. See 01:07-01:09
