PETITION
Petitioner respectfully petitions this Court for an order expunging the 1 arrest record(s)
described above. Petitioner represents that the applicable clean period of 14 days since
judgment has elapsed and that petitioner has remained free of any new arrests or citations
during that period.
Additional Statement:
I have turned myself around and I want to become a good citizen again. Also in my opinion
this charge was wrong and my rights were kinda violated as I was not given my right to
habeas corpus. But that is aside the point, I believe I am a better person since this
arrest.
