Petitioner respectfully petitions this Court for an order expunging the 1 citation(s)
described above. Petitioner represents that the applicable clean period of 7 days since
judgment has elapsed and that petitioner has remained free of any new arrests or citations
during that period.
Additional Statement:
I am a Law abiding citizen, I am a former RCTA and RDOT employee and am applying for the BAR
and the PPD. I was running late to my RDOT Training and I got pulled over. This was a long
time ago and I would like to remove this to help ease the process of becoming a lawyer and a
Peace Officer.
