PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SUBPOENA AD TESTIFICANDUM
COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Halo4asin, appearing pro se, and moves this Court for the issuance
of subpoenas ad testificandum pursuant to the Ridgeway Rules of Civil Procedure and the
process authority of 7 R. Stat. Section 131.101. In support, Plaintiff states as follows:
1. Plaintiff’s case rests primarily upon the documentary record. The following testimony is
sought only as supplementary corroboration of that record, and Plaintiff does not concede
that any testimony is necessary to his prima facie case.
2. Plaintiff requests that the Court issue subpoenas ad testificandum commanding the
testimony of the following persons:
a. Defendant Azap634, concerning his admissions, his approval of the screening
result, and his generation of the badge-tracking report;
b. Defendant errcore, concerning his “third review,” his confirmation that Azap634
approved the result, and his refusal to respond further;
c. The Criminal Investigations Division detective who entered the screening result,
once identified through discovery;
d. A custodian of the Office of the State Auditor concerning the findings in Case No.
PC-0019-0526; and
e. A custodian of the Ridgeway Department of Transportation concerning the
reversal of the identical alternate-account determination.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court grant this Motion and issue the
subpoenas ad testificandum as set forth above.
