PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, Halo4asin, hereby enters his appearance as
Plaintiff in the above-captioned matter, proceeding pro se.
1. Plaintiff is a natural person and a member in good standing of the Ridgeway State Bar,
holding License No. 18110, and is therefore competent to conduct his own cause in this
Court pursuant to 4 R. Stat. Section 151.008, which preserves to any person the right to
conduct his or her own cause in any court of this State.
2. Plaintiff appears on his own behalf only and does not appear as counsel for any other
party.
3. Plaintiff requests that all notices, orders, pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other
