described above. Petitioner represents that the applicable clean period of 7 days since
judgment has elapsed and that petitioner has remained free of any new arrests or citations
during that period.
Additional Statement:
Your Honor, I am an outstanding citizen of Ridgeway. I was a former RDOT member and am now
applying for PPD. That is the reason why I was speeding was because I was late for work at
RDOT. I know that this is only one citation but it can look bad if I were to apply for
another Law enforcement department like RSP or RCSO. Thank you for your time today with this
matter.
