THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY
RIDGEWAY SUPERIOR COURT
iiKoalaXXS,
Petitioner
-against-
dev_typ,
Respondent.
Case No.
PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS
CORPUS
Presiding Judge:
The Petitioner, iiKoalaXXS, by and through undersigned counsel, respectfully petitions
this Court for a writ of habeas corpus to secure release from unlawful detention. Petitioner was
held under a charge of “Brandishing” following an arrest that lacked proper probable cause.
STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. On the 22nd of June 2026, individual(s) who had previously been formally trespassed
entered Petitioner’s private property without authorization.
2. While unlawfully on Petitioner’s private property, these individuals made explicit and
immediate death threats against Petitioner.
3. Fearing for his life and safety on his own property, Petitioner displayed a firearm strictly
as a defensive measure to deter the trespassers and to prevent imminent harm.
4. Law enforcement arrived at the scene after the Defendant lowered their firearm.
5. The responding officer conducted an inadequate and biased investigation, interviewing
only the trespassing suspects and failing to review or collect evidence from the Petitioner.
6. Relying solely on the one-sided, uncorroborated accounts of the criminal trespassers, the
officer arrested Petitioner for Brandishing.
VENUE
1. Venue is proper in this Court because the Superior Court has the jurisdiction for all civil
cases under Article V, Section IV of the Constitution of the State of Ridgeway.
2.
PARTIES
1. Plaintiff’s iiKoalaXXS is a citizen of the United States of America.
2. Defendant’s dev_typ is an Deputy of the Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office.
GROUNDS FOR RELIEF
1. The arrest and subsequent detention of Petitioner violate the Fourth Amendment Rights
of the Defendant. The arresting officer lacked objective probable cause to believe a crime
had been committed by Petitioner. A proper, unbiased investigation would have revealed
that Petitioner’s actions constituted lawful self-defense and defense of property against
hostile.
2. Petitioner’s right to Due Process was violated when law enforcement deliberately ignored
exculpatory evidence at the scene and relied exclusively on the statements of known,
hostile trespassers to execute an arrest, resulting in an arbitrary and unlawful deprivation
of liberty of the Defendant.
PRAYER FOR RELIEF
1. Wherefore, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court:
a. Issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus.
b. Order the immediate release of Petitioner and expunge the Record.
c. Grant such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper.
DATED: June 24th, 2026
Respectfully submitted,
ClassicMika, Esq.
Attorney for the Plaintiff
