matters and facts:

5. Since the date of my last record, I have demonstrated good standing in the community by: I have
completed the Ridgeway Park Service community service program and became a member of the
Oakland Neighborhood Watch. Additionally I have only made money by working for the RCU
and have no strikes.
6. I certify that the information provided above is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge,
information, and belief. I respectfully request that my record be considered for expungement.
