AngellicTerror to be physically affected, temporarily restricted in movement, and forced to

Wherefore, the State charges the Defendant with one count of Battery, in violation
of R.C.C § 3.05(a).
COUNT TWO - R.C.C § 6.06 - OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On or about April 16, 2026, at or near Palmer County Hall in Palmer, Ridgeway
County, the Defendant, soukablet, being a public servant and acting in his official capacity
as an on-duty Palmer Police Department officer, did commit an act relating to his office
that constituted an unauthorized exercise of his official functions.
Specifically, the Defendant used a government-issued TB26 taser, issued for official
law enforcement purposes, against AngellicTerror without lawful justification.
AngellicTerror was not violent, was not actively resisting, was not being lawfully detained or
arrested by the Defendant, and was not otherwise engaged in conduct justifying a taser
deployment.
The Defendant knew, or reasonably should have known through his law
enforcement training, certification, and official duties, that using a taser under those
circumstances was unauthorized. The Defendant’s conduct was directly related to his
official law enforcement functions because it involved the use of government-issued law
enforcement equipment while he was on duty, in uniform, and operating as a Palmer
Police Department officer.
Wherefore, the State charges the Defendant with one count of Official Misconduct,
in violation of R.C.C § 6.06, or the current applicable Ridgeway Criminal Code provision
for Official Misconduct.
