COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant IllusionalMonkey1 with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Sell - R.C.C. § 2.27
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 22nd of May, 2026, in the State of Ridgeway, the
Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of more than ten (10) illegal firearms, to
wit: as a result of a search warrant, the Defendant was discovered to have knowingly possessed at
least sixty-four (64) Stetson Cardiac-5 submachine guns in their personal vehicles without a valid
Advanced Firearm License or other authorization to do so.
