CRIMINAL INFORMATION
COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant IllusionalMonkey1 with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Unlawful Possession of Government-Issued Equipment - R.C.C. § 2.23
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 17th of May, 2026, in Sterling Heights, Ridgeway
County, the Defendant did unlawfully possess a piece of equipment issued by the government in a
civilian capacity, to wit: the Defendant did possess a TB26 tasers while on the Resident team and
without proper authorization to do so.
COUNT TWO: Battery - R.C.C. § 3.10
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 17th of May, 2026, in Sterling Heights, Ridgeway
County, the Defendant did intentionally and knowingly cause bodily injury to another, to wit: the
Defendant did discharge a taser against Patrol Officer SovereignRetaliation causing them to
become immobilised and fall to ground.
COUNT THREE: Evidence Theft - R.C.C. § 2.09
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 17th of May, 2026, in Sterling Heights, Ridgeway
County, the Defendant did knowingly and unlawfully take and assume possession of items
dropped from the immediate vicinity of a dead body, to wit: ammunition recovered from the
vicinity of the deceased Patrol Officer SovereignRetaliation immediately following his death.
COUNT FOUR: Obstruction of Justice - R.C.C. § 2.13
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 17th of May, 2026, in Sterling Heights, Ridgeway
County, the Defendant did wilfully obstruct a peace officer attempting to discharge a lawful duty
of his employment, to wit: the Defendant did use a taser to immobilise Patrol Officer

SovereignRetaliation while they were attempting to detain a criminal suspect.
COUNT FIVE: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm - R.C.C. § 2.26
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 17th of May, 2026, in Sterling Heights, Ridgeway
County, the Defendant did unlawfully possess a firearm, to wit: the Defendant did possess a
Stetson Cardiac-5 submachine gun without a valid Advanced Firearms License.
