IN THE SUPERIOR COURT
FOR THE
STATE OF RIDGEWAY
THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY,
Plaintiff,
v.
II_GLOCKK,
Defendant.
Docket No.
AFFIDAVIT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
I, Volunteer Park Ranger DannyDoesApprove, acknowledge that this is a statement made
in support of the summons or arrest warrant of ii_Glockk, pursuant to Rid. R. Crim. P. 3(f)(2).
The facts and information in this statement are based upon my training, experience, personal
knowledge and observations. This statement contains the information necessary to support
probable cause for criminal information and is not intended to include every fact and matter
observed by me.
I. INTRODUCTION
1. I am a Volunteer Park Ranger with the Ridgeway Park Service, and I have been employed
as such since 03/28/2026.
2. As a Volunteer Park Ranger, I have a legal obligation to act when I witness a crime.
3. On or about May 18, 2026, Detachment_Result messaged me and explained they saw a
publicly posted video by ii_Glockk, and believed I may have been a victim and witness to
a crime committed by them. Detachment_Result asked me to provide this statement of
probable cause.
1
4. I reviewed the video (disclosed below as Exhibit A) and recognized it as an incident that
happened on or about May 2, 2026. I can attest that the video does not appear to be
altered in any way, and accurately demonstrates the incident I was involved in with
ii_Glockk on the same day, time, and location.
5. Based on my observations and experience, I have reason to believe that ii_Glockk has
committed a crime.
II. PROBABLE CAUSE STATEMENT
6. On or about May 2, 2026, I was on-duty as a uniformed volunteer with the Ridgeway
Park Service.
7. I do not remember specifically what ii_Glockk did moments before I decided to step on
top of his car, and I will not share since I am unsure. What I am sure of is that he had
committed a crime of some sort, and decided to evade law enforcement, which is why I
jumped into his car.
8. When ii_Glockk fled the scene from the crime he had just committed, I jumped on top of
his car while it was moving at a low rate of speed. I tried to stay on-top of the car to give
radio callouts to the pursuing officers.
9. While on the car, I observed ii_Glockk drive at a high rate of speed, and make erratic
turns.
10. Based on my experience, I believe ii_Glockk was intentionally evading the pursuing
officer, and knew, or should have known they were being stopped by the police because
of the emergency lights and sirens.
11. I feared for my safety because of the speed of which ii_Glockk was driving at, and the
erratic turns he made and believed that I would be hurt if I jumped off the vehicle.
2
12. At some point during the chase, ii_Glockk I desynced, which caused ii_Glockk to drive
into me, and hit me with their car. I sustained bodily injuries.

IV. CONCLUSIONS AS TO PROBABLE CAUSE FOR A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT
13. Based on my experience, personal observations, and knowledge of the incident, I have
reason to believe that ii_Glockk knowingly fled from the police while endangering my
life, and created a dangerous situation which presented a clear risk of physical harm to
me.
