MOTION FOR CONFERENCE
Plaintiff thr33six8 moves to have a conference, which is pursuant to Rid. R. Civ. Pro. 13, in order for the
court to preside over arbitration between Plaintiff and Xolaaz, who is the attorney general, pursuant to 2 R.
Stat. § 2228.
REASONS FOR MOTION
COUNTS AS SIMPLIFICATION OF ISSUES
This court may order sua sponte that a conference be held. See Rid. R. Civ. Pro. 13. The
conference is about things that are listed there. Plaintiff wishes for conference to consider "such other
matters as may aid in the disposition of the action", which is the mediation that is pursuant to 2 R. Stat. §
2228.
MEDIATION MUST OCCUR PURSUANT TO 2 R. STAT. § 2228
It is ultra vires for this court to hear this civil action "without there first being an attempt at
mediation." 2 R. Stat. § 2228. Since mediation has not yet occurred, it is ultra vires to proceed to trial.
CONCLUSION
For the forgoing reasons, Plaintiff moves as such.
