COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant ii_Glockk with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Felony Evasion of a Peace Officer - RCC § 2.10
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 2nd of May, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, the
Defendant did recklessly flee from a peace officer, to wit: the Defendant did knowingly flee from
a peace officer with their lights and sirens activated behind them by increasing their speed,
driving on the wrong side of the road, and passing through two stop signs while endangering the
life of DannyDoesApprove who was on top of their vehicle.
COUNT TWO: Reckless Driving Causing Bodily Injury - RCC § 7.14
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 2nd of May, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, the
Defendant did recklessly operate a motor vehicle without care or regard for others and caused
bodily injury to another, to wit: the Defendant did evade law enforcement while knowingly
carrying DannyDoesApprove on top of their vehicle, and did drive at a dangerous speed in the
wrong lane, and did drive through two stop signs. DannyDoesApprove was caused to fall off the
vehicle and be struck by the Defendant operating it, to which they did sustain bodily injuries.
