CRIMINAL INFORMATION
COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant IrishBorders with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Murder in the Second Degree - RCC § 3.10
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 30th of April, 2026, in the City of Palmer, the
Defendant did feloniously and intentionally cause the death of SheikhBlood, to wit: the
Defendant did knowingly and intentionally aim a Stetson M2-A at SheikhBlood and fire at them
repeatedly, striking SheikhBlood numerous times and thereby causing their death.
COUNT TWO: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm - RCC § 5.01
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 30th of April, 2026, in the City of Palmer, the
Defendant was in the control and custody of a firearm without lawful authority, to wit: the
Defendant did possess a Stetson M2-A automatic rifle without a valid Advanced Firearm License,
or authorization to do so.
COUNT THREE: Brandishing - RCC § 5.04
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 30th of April, 2026, in the City of Palmer, the
Defendant did unlawfully exhibit a loaded firearm in a threatening manner in the presence of
another, to wit: the Defendant pointed a loaded Stetson M2-A rifle towards SheikhBlood without
any legal reason to do so.
COUNT FOUR: Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm - RCC § 5.05
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 30th of April 2026, in the City of Palmer, the
Defendant discharged a Stetson M2-A rifle while within the city limits and without legal reason
to do so.
