CRIMINAL INFORMATION
COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant dpsbadatjob with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Sell - RCC § 2.27
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 18th of May, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of at least
four-hundred units of illegally owned ammunition and at least ten illegally owned rifles, to wit:
the Defendant did have numerous quantities of .45 ACP ammunition, Komrad rifles, and Stetson
Cardiac-5 submachine guns in their possession without a valid Advanced Firearms License or
otherwise authorized to do so.
COUNT TWO: Unlawful Possession of Government-Issued Equipment - RCC § 2.23
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 18th of May, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of at least
three pieces of stolen government equipment, to wit: the Defendant did possess at least three taser
cartridges without being a certified peace officer, civil servant, or otherwise authorized to possess
these items in a civilian storage capacity.
