CRIMINAL INFORMATION
COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant sanyoull with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Unlawful Possession of Firearms with Intent to Sell - RCC § 5.02
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 6th of May, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of at least 50
units of .45 ACP ammunition and numerous other firearms and ammunition without
authorization, to wit: the Defendant did have more than ten illegal firearms and ammunition in
their possession without a Ridgeway Firearms License or Advanced Firearm License or any other
authorization to do so.
COUNT TWO: Unlawful Stockpile of Government-Issued Equipment - RCC § 5.08(b)
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 6th of May, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of at least ten
or more units of government-issued equipment without authorization, to wit: the Defendant did
have ten or more firearms, ammunition, and radios all being government-issued, without
authorization by State law or departmental policy to possess.
