CRIMINAL INFORMATION
COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant tokyovigilantee with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Unlawful Possession of Firearms with Intent to Sell - RCC § 5.02
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 14th of May, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of at least
forty-three Para 17 handguns and numerous other automatic rifles without authorization, to wit:
the Defendant did have more than ten illegal firearms in their possession without an Advanced
Firearm License or any other authorization to do so.
COUNT TWO: Unlawful Stockpile of Government-Issued Equipment - RCC § 5.08(b)
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 14th of May, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of at least
twenty-six extendable batons, two radios, and ten TB26 tasers without authorization, to wit: the
Defendant did have more than ten pieces of stolen government-issued equipment without
authorization by State law or departmental policy to possess.
