COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant velatial with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Unlawful Possession of Firearms with Intent to Sell - RCC § 5.02
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 14th of May, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of at least
ninety-nine Stetson M2-M rifles and one Stetson Cardiac-5 submachine gun without
authorization, to wit: the Defendant did have more than ten illegal firearms in their possession
without an Advanced Firearm License or any other authorization to do so.
