CRIMINAL INFORMATION
COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant Nikkov_1 with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Unlawful Possession of Firearms with Intent to Sell - RCC § 5.02
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 8th of May, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of at least 40
Stetson Cardiac-5 submachine guns and 101 units of .45 ACP without a valid Ridgeway Firearms
License ID or AFL, to wit: these items were discovered within multiple vehicles, on their person,
and in their home and were capable of automatic fire.
COUNT ONE: Unlawful Possession of Government-Issued Equipment - RCC § 5.08(a)
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 8th of May, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of at least 2
TB26 tasers, 2 taser cartridges, and one radio in a civilian capacity, to wit: these items were
discovered inside the defendant’s personal vehicle and home, and without authorization to
possess said items.
