I, Josef13344, declare as follows–
1. I am of sound mind and capable of making this statement. I have personal knowledge of
the facts written in this statement. I understand that if I lie in this statement, I may be held
criminally responsible. This statement is accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.
2. I am an attorney licensed to practice law before all courts in the State of Ridgeway and
counsel for Plaintiff in the above-captioned action.
3. Plaintiffs’ First Amended Complaint and Summons were served on Defendant on
February 26, 2026, at 11:41 PM Central Time.
4. Defendant’s Answer was due on March 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
5. Defendant failed to appear, plead, and/or otherwise answer within the time allowed and,
therefore, is in default.
6. The amounts owed are: seven hundred and ninety-two dollars ($792.00) in actual
damages and seven thousand nine hundred and twenty dollars ($7,920.00) in punitive or
exemplary damages, amounting to ten (10) times the amount of actual damages.
7. Plaintiff incorporates their initial disclosures and all other previous pleadings herein in
support of this declaration and motion.
