Statement Of Probable Cause
Your affiant, smashpears, being duly sworn, deposes and states as follows:
INTRODUCTION AND OFFICER BACKGROUND
[1] I, smashpears, a Lieutenant in the Palmer Police Department and the Lead Detective in the Special
Investigations Unit (hereinafter “SIU”). As a law enforcement officer, I am empowered to conduct
investigations.
[2] I joined the Palmer Police Department on August 10, 2021. I have worked assignments in patrol, traffic,
and internal affairs. The majority of my experience in the Department was attained during my stint in
internal affairs, which lasted for 2 years and 8 months. During this time, I completed 70 misconduct
investigations, assisted SIU on various dealing instances, and was promoted through various leadership
positions, from Patrol Officer through Lieutenant. I revitalized the division by establishing thorough
policies and maintaining proactive communication with numerous agencies and legal professionals to
ensure the division was and continued to abide by various legal standards. On March 6, 2026, I was
offered a position as Lieutenant to restore the SIU to the necessary standards to properly support the
Department and perform consistent investigational functions as required by law.
INVESTIGATIVE PROCESS
[3] On Sunday, March 22, 2026, at approximately 1725 hours Central Time, I, smashpears, was directly
contacted by Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office (RCSO) Criminal Investigations Unit (CID) Senior
Detective rainqg. Senior Detective rainqg forwarded me a criminal tip they received from Cyberphiliac,
who presented a version of Exhibit A, a video Cyberphiliac recorded showing voxpaa transfer
police-grade equipment to DeadOrganicMaterial, and B, the arrest report of DeadOrganicMaterial.
After receiving this information, I initiated an investigation into the matter to first, dispute the authenticity,
however, all discrepancies within the evidence were validated and showed no fabrication. I notified
Palmer Police Department (PPD) Chief of Police o72yss who notified Ridgeway State Police (RSP) Office
of Special Investigation (OSI) Special Agent-in-Charge Goodchudlife for their involvement in the
investigation.
[4] On Friday, March 20, 2026, at approximately 1740 hours Central Time, a video shows voxpaa transferred
police-grade equipment from their person to a Tourist, identified as DeadOrganicMaterial, while on team
with the Palmer Police Department. This occurred at the overpass under Alder Mountain Rd, just west of
the Oakland Tunnel, in the westbound lanes of US-395. This footage was “inconspicuously” recorded by
Cyberphiliac, a Tourist during the time of occurrence, after arriving at the location in a dark gray Gridlock.
This video does not have audio. This video has been classified as Exhibit A.
At the aforementioned time and place, voxpaa, wearing a Palmer Police Department uniform, with a
Stetson M2-A, TB26, and a Radio visible on their person, transferred an unspecified amount of
handcuffs, a Stetson M2-A, and a Radio, as can be seen in the video. After the transfer, voxpaa walked
towards the trunk of an unmarked Actila, and can be seen without any police-grade equipment visible on
their person, including the TB26. After a brief intermission, voxpaa entered the unmarked Actila, and

drove away from the location, eastbound in the westbound lanes of US-395, towards the Oakland
Tunnel.
At the aforementioned time and place, DeadOrganicMaterial, a Tourist, stood stationary next to the rear
left quarter panel of a blue Percivel. DeadOrganicMaterial is wearing a default Roblox avatar and does
not have any items visible on their person before voxpaa approaches them. After DeadOrganicMaterial is
approached by voxpaa, a Stetson M2-A can be seen on their back. DeadOrganicMaterial then faced to
the east and openly displayed various police-grade equipment, an Extendable Baton, a TB26, and a
Stetson M2-A with a flashlight. DeadOrganicMaterial entered the blue Percivel and drove westbound in
the westbound lanes of US-395, towards the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office Headquarters.
[5] On Friday, March 20, 2026, at approximately 1737 hours Central Time, a video shows voxpaa loaded
into the State of Ridgeway on the Palmer Police Department team. This video was recorded by voxpaa
and depicts their perspective leading up to and including the events of Exhibit A. This video has been
classified as Exhibit C.
At the aforementioned time and place, voxpaa exited the PPD locker room and proceeded to reload a
Stetson M2-A, which is shown to have 228 bullets, and a TB26, which is shown to have 9 cartridges.
voxpaa exited the Palmer Police Department, spawned an unmarked Actila, and drove from the station
to the Alder Mountain Rd overpass at US-395. voxpaa arrived at the location at approximately 1739
hours Central Time, with DeadOrganicMaterial already present besides a blue Percivel, DOD982. voxpaa
performed a search override of DeadOrganicMaterial, DeadOrganicMaterial only has one Sign in their
inventory. voxpaa then awaited Cyberphiliac to get in position next to the overpass, before transferring
all items on voxpaa’s person, except a Ridgeway Firearms License Identification card (RFLID) and a
Sign, to DeadOrganicMaterial’s person. voxpaa transferred one Extendable Baton, five pairs of
Handcuffs, one Stetson M2-A with a flashlight, seven boxes of PI 5.56 Ammo containing thirty bullets
each, one box of PI 5.56 Ammo containing eighteen bullets, a Radio, a TB26, and three Cartridge Packs
containing 3 cartridges each. voxpaa then entered the unmarked Actila and drove east, into the Oakland
Tunnel, leaving the scene.
[6] On Friday, March 20, 2026, at approximately 1750 hours Central Time, DeadOrganicMaterial was
booked into the Ridgeway County Jail for § 5.08 - Unlawful Possession of Government-Issued
Equipment by SheikhBlood, a Palmer Police Department law enforcement officer. The provided
description was “Within Palmer City limits; suspect was in possession of 5 cuffs, a taser and cartridges,
a Stetson M2A, an extendable baton, and a radio”.
[7] On Friday, March 20th, 2026, at approximately 1751 hours Central Time, a video shows voxpaa sitting
on a dirt road on the west side of Alder Mountain in a marked Palmer Police Department Actila, while on
the Palmer Police Department team. This video was recorded by voxpaa and depicts their perspective of
transferring police-grade equipment into the possession of Cyberphiliac. This video has been classified
as Exhibit D.
At the aforementioned time and place, a red Gridlock, SXN206, approached from the east, driven by
Cyberphiliac. Cyberphiliac exited the vehicle and approached voxpaa. voxpaa search overrode the red
Gridlock locating one Axe and one Knife, before transferring one Extendable Baton, and one pair of
Handcuffs to the vehicle’s inventory. voxpaa attempted to transfer a Para 17 with a flashlight to the red
Gridlock, however, is prevented by game limitation. voxpaa proceeded to search override Cyberphiliac,
locating one Sign and a RFLID card, before transferring one Para 17 with a flashlight, four boxes of PI
9mm Ammo containing 17 bullets each, eight boxes of PI .50 BMG Ammo with ten bullets each, one

Centennial 700, one Radio, one TB26, and three Cartridge Packs containing three cartridges each.
[8] On Friday, March 20th, 2026, at approximately 2239 hours Central Time, a video shows voxpaa sitting
on a dirt road on wilderness located off the coast of northeast Ridgeway County in a marked Palmer
Police Department Actila, while on the Palmer Police Department team. The dirt road connects to State
Park Rd. on the northwest and southeast ends. This video was recorded by voxpaa and depicts their
perspective of transferring police-grade equipment into the possession of jjpet2345. This video has been
classified as Exhibit E.
At the aforementioned time and place, a white Gridlock, ALN410, approached from the south, driven by
jjpet2345. jjpet2345 exited the vehicle and approached voxpaa. voxpaa search overrode jjpet2345 to
locate one Sign, and a RFLID card. voxpaa proceeded to transfer several items from their inventory onto
jjpet2345’s person. These items include one Extendable Baton, one pair of Handcuffs, one Para 17 with
a flashlight, five boxes of PI 9mm Ammo with 17 bullets each, five boxes of PI .50 BMG Ammo with ten
bullets each, one Centennial 700, one Radio, one TB26, and three boxes of Cartridge Packs with three
cartridges each.
[9] On Saturday, March 21, 2026, at approximately 0030 hours Central Time, voxpaa directly messaged
myself, smashpears, on Discord. voxpaa messaged me stating “yo?” and attached a screenshot of a
message request from “Prune” (prune1.2) that contained the following messages: “say bye to letc,” “i got
u on clip dealing,” and “siu is gonna fry ur ass.” The “Prune” account is unaffiliated with the State of
Ridgeway and was created on March 20, 2026.
[10] On Sunday, March 22, 2026, at approximately 1843 hours Central Time, a video shows voxpaa sitting on
a dirt road on wilderness located off the coast of northeast Ridgeway County in a marked Palmer Police
Department Actila, while on the Palmer Police Department team. The dirt road connects to State Park
Rd. on the northwest and southeast ends. This video was recorded by voxpaa and depicts their
perspective of transferring police-grade equipment into the possession of jjpet2345. This video has been
classified as Exhibit F.
At the aforementioned time and place, a green Gridlock, TKW138, driven by jjpet2345 approached from
the west. voxpaa exited the vehicle, jumping directly in-front of the Gridlock’s path. After pushing
voxpaa, jjpet2345 exited the vehicle. voxpaa search overrode jjpet2345, locating a Sign and a RFLID
card, before transferring an Extendable Baton, four pairs of Handcuffs, one Stetson Cardiac-5, five
boxes of PI .45 ACP Ammo with 30 bullets each, one box of PI .45 ACP Ammo containing 27 bullets, one
Radio, two boxes of .45 ACP Ammo containing 30 bullets, one box of .45 ACP Ammo containing 25
bullets, one TB26, two Cartridge Packs containing 3 cartridges each, and one Cartridge Pack containing
2 cartridges. After transferring these items, voxpaa entered the PPD Actila and left the scene towards the
east.
[11] On Sunday, March 22, 2026, at approximately 2210 hours Central Time, I, smashpears, contacted and
conducted a witness interview of SheikhBlood. The interview was conducted in the Palmer Police
Department Interview Room along with the presence of PPD SIU Detective II sincere1224 and RCSO
CID Senior Detective rainqg.
At the aforementioned time and place, SheikhBlood was able to validate and affirm the events of the
arrest of DeadOrganicMaterial. SheikhBlood claimed that DeadOrganicMaterial was located in the PPD
Garage and was actively tasing an unidentified party. SheikhBlood then apprehended
DeadOrganicMaterial and performed a search incident to arrest of DeadOrganicMaterial’s person which

located a “police loadout”. SheikhBlood claimed that DeadOrganicMaterial behavior, prior to their
detainment, was “as if he wanted attention or cops to get an easy arrest on him”. The interview
concluded at approximately 2235 hours Central Time.
[12] On Monday, March 23, 2026, at approximately 2030 hours Central Time, I, smashpears, contacted and
conducted a witness interview of Cyberphiliac. The interview was conducted in the Palmer Police
Department Interview Room along with the presence of PPD Special Investigation Unit Detective II
sincere1224, PPD Chief of Police o72yss, and RCSO CID Senior Detective rainqg.
At the aforementioned time and place, Cyberphiliac was able to validate and affirm the events captured
on their video (Exhibit A). Cyberphiliac claimed they were friends with voxpaa and criminally associated
with an account owned by voxpaa, dataglitchs, through VAF - Vigilante Anarchist Force. Cyberphiliac
claimed voxpaa and dataglitchs have been associated with VAF since 2024. Cyberphiliac claimed that
Exhibit A was legitimate and was taken in a smaller server of Ridgeway at the time and date shown.
Cyberphiliac claimed they were tipped off when they had joined the server to look for voxpaa and it took
Cyberphiliac 5 minutes to find voxpaa at Oakland Tunnel. Cyberphiliac claimed they did not know
DeadOrganicMaterial and constantly searched DeadOrganicMaterial’s record until finding the arrest
report by SheikhBlood. Cyberphiliac claimed that they blackmailed voxpaa with Exhibit A which resulted
in voxpaa providing Cyberphiliac and jjpet2345 with a “full sniper loadout”. Cyberphiliac claimed they
were given the “sniper loadout” at 1852 Eastern Time on Friday, March 20, 2026. Cyberphiliac claimed
that they only reported voxpaa because “he wouldn’t give me more snipers”. The interview concluded at
approximately 2143 hours Central Time.
[13] On Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at approximately 2028 hours Central Time, I, smashpears, conducted a
search of voxpaa’s person and property per the Department Search Agreement. The person and vehicle
search was conducted at the Ridgeway State Police substation. No items were found in any of the
twenty-two vehicles owned by voxpaa. A Sign and a RFLID card was located on voxpaa’s person. RSP
OSI Special Agent Derogatoryyy and RCSO CID Senior Detective rainqg conducted the search of
voxpaa’s property, located at 1700 Belgrade Rd, Oakland, which located no items.
[14] On Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at approximately 2038 hours Central Time, RSP OSI Special
Agent-in-Charge Goodchudlife and Special Agent Derogatoryyy conducted a criminal interrogation of
voxpaa. The interrogation was conducted in the Ridgeway State Police Interview Room along with the
presence of myself, smashpears, PPD Chief of Police o72yss, RCSO CID Senior Detective rainqg, and
RSP Corporal DeputyNix.
At the aforementioned time and place, voxpaa was Mirandized, acknowledged the waiver, and agreed to
speak with the Detectives. voxpaa claimed “someone” recreated the “w6ster video”, but later admitted
they framed themselves. voxpaa provided Exhibit C when asked about their presence on Friday, March
20, 2026. ”voxpaa” claimed to have dissociative identity disorder and asserted that an alter personality
was responsible for the dealing. voxpaa claimed their standard loadout is one with a Cardiac M-5 /
Stetson M2-A, with no Para 17. voxpaa claimed to have dealt on four separate occasions, to
DeadOrganicMaterial, Cyberphiliac, and jjpet2345. voxpaa claimed to have dealt Cyberphiliac a
Centennial 700 after the events of Exhibit A / Exhibit C. voxpaa claimed to have dealt the Centennial 700
twice, on recording, to Cyberphiliac and jjpet2345. voxpaa then provided Exhibits D and E to OSI Special
Agent Derogatoryyy. voxpaa claimed to have never mass dispensed. voxpaa claimed to be friends with
Cyberphiliac and that “WE DO CRIME TOGETHER”. voxpaa claimed to know jjpet2345 and that “I
DEALT HIM A SNIPER”. voxpaa claimed w6ster has been targeting them and believes that they were
involved because “HE WANTS MY POSITION”. The interview concluded at approximately 2113 hours

that voxpaa is in violation of twenty counts of § 5.09 Unlawful Distribution of Government-Issued
Equipment, which makes it a crime to distribute government-issued equipment to any storage device,
capacity, person, or other inventory not mentioned and that transfer is not authorized by law or relevant
departmental policy, and did that transfer knowing it was unauthorized.
[16] Based on the evidence shown in Exhibit D, your affiant affirms that there is probable cause to believe
that voxpaa is in violation of twenty-one counts of § 5.09 Unlawful Distribution of Government-Issued
Equipment, which makes it a crime to distribute government-issued equipment to any storage device,
capacity, person, or other inventory not mentioned and that transfer is not authorized by law or relevant
departmental policy, and did that transfer knowing it was unauthorized.
[17] Based on the evidence shown in Exhibit E, your affiant affirms that there is probable cause to believe
that voxpaa is in violation of twenty-one counts of § 5.09 Unlawful Distribution of Government-Issued
Equipment, which makes it a crime to distribute government-issued equipment to any storage device,
capacity, person, or other inventory not mentioned and that transfer is not authorized by law or relevant
departmental policy, and did that transfer knowing it was unauthorized.
[18] Based on the evidence shown in Exhibit F, your affiant affirms that there is probable cause to believe that
voxpaa is in violation of seventeen counts of § 5.09 Unlawful Distribution of Government-Issued
Equipment, which makes it a crime to distribute government-issued equipment to any storage device,
capacity, person, or other inventory not mentioned and that transfer is not authorized by law or relevant
departmental policy, and did that transfer knowing it was unauthorized.
[19] Based on the evidence shown in Exhibit F, your affiant affirms that there is probable cause to believe that
voxpaa is in violation of three counts of § 5.06 Unlawful Distribution of a Firearm, which makes it a crime
to unlawfully distribute a firearm or ammunition to another individual without both the distributor and the
recipient being the holder of a relevant and valid firearms license.
