AMENDED PETITION FOR VIOLATION OF PROBATION
I, an attorney for the government, have a bona fide belief that the above Defendant has violated one or
more of their conditions of probation. Specifically:
☑ Possession of firearm(s)
☑ Possession of lockpick(s)
☑ Violation of the Ridgeway Criminal Code
On May 1, 2026, during a routine search of the above Defendant’s property, law enforcement discovered
multiple quantities of ammunition, a Para 17 handgun, and one lockpick within various vehicles, directly in
violation of their probation conditions.
On May 1, 2026, the Justice Department received a video of the above Defendant, which showed them
trespassing the RCU Headquarters and using a firearm to shoot and kill one employee.
Accordingly, the undersigned movant requests that the Court issue a summons of the above Defendant and
order for the detention of the above Defendant.
