CRIMINAL INFORMATION
COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant iiKoalaXXS with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: False Impersonation - RCC § 2.11
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 14th of April, 2026, near the Palmer Courthouse in
Ridgeway county, the Defendant did without the authority of the Ridgeway Park Service, wear a
uniform and display badges and shoulder patches, as is worn by an employee of the Ridgeway
Park Service. To wit, the Defendant wore the Class A uniform of the Ridgeway Park Service
when they are not an employee of that department.
COUNT TWO: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm - RCC § 5.01
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 14th of April, 2026, near the Palmer Courthouse in
Ridgeway county, the Defendant did unlawfully possess a Para 17 handgun without being a
qualified law enforcement officer or otherwise authorized to carry such weapon.
COUNT THREE: Aggravated Battery Class II - RCC § 3.05(c)
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about the 14th of April, 2026, near the Palmer Courthouse in
Ridgeway county, the Defendant did feloniously and intentionally bring about the serious bodily
harm of a police officer with a deadly weapon, to wit: the Defendant did shoot Trooper
OddHawaiifiveo multiple times while using a Para 17 handgun in the commission of battery,
thereby causing Trooper OddHawaiifiveo serious bodily injuries.
