CRIMINAL INFORMATION/INDICTMENT
COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant wiIIowsrot with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Unlawful Possession of Firearms with Intent to Sell - RCC § 5.02
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 1st of May, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of at least
175 various firearms, to wit: the Defendant did possess ten or more firearms and ammunition in
their vehicles and property without proper authorization to do so.
COUNT TWO: Possession of tools used for theft - RCC § 4.02
OFFENCE TYPE: CIVIL INFRACTION
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 1st of May, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of a lockpick
inside their residence.
COUNT THREE: Unlawful Stockpile of Government-Issued Equipment - R.C.C. § 5.08(b)
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 1st of May, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of ten or
more government equipment in a civilian capacity, to wit: the Defendant did possess multiple
radios, batons, tasers, and taser cartridges inside a safe on their private property without
authorization to do so.
