In accordance with Ridg. R. Crim. P. 7 (c), I, iiKoalaXXS, am the defendant in the
above-entitled case and my attorney and I have either received a copy of the information filed
or waive receiving it. I hereby knowingly and willingly waive my presence at the arraignment
concerning the charges outlined in the indictment.
I HEREBY:
● I understand that I have a right to be present for arraignment and a right to formal
arraignment.
● Waive my right to be personally present for arraignment,
● Waive formal arraignment, and
● Enter a plea of not guilty to the following -
○ Count One - 2 R.C.C. § 11 (False Imprisonment)
○ Count Two - 5 R.C.C. § 01 (Unlawful Possession of a Firearm)
○ Count Three - 3 R.C.C. § 08 (Attempted Murder)
