CRIMINAL INFORMATION
COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge Defendant’s GagasMAYHEM & Sasha_Roslyakova with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in a Restricted Area - RCC § 5.12
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 26th of April, 2026, at the Palmer County Hall, the
Defendants did knowingly and willfully transport firearms into a restricted area, to wit: the
Defendants walked past multiple fire-free zone signs before entering the Palmer County Hall and
each brandishing a firearm without proper authorization to do so.
COUNT TWO: Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm - R.C.C. § 5.05
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 26th of April, 2026, at the Palmer County Hall, the
Defendants did use firearms in the perpetration of a crime of violence, to wit: the Defendants
repeatedly discharged firearms inside the Palmer County Hall to cause the death of two
individuals without justification to do so.
COUNT THREE: Murder in the First Degree - R.C.C. § 3.09
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 26th of April, 2026, at the Palmer County Hall, within
the State of Ridgeway, the Defendants, acting in concert with one another, and while aiding and
abetting the other, did unlawfully and intentionally cause the death of Arthur_Chen with malice
aforethought, to wit: the Defendants entered Palmer County Hall together armed with firearms
and participated in a coordinated armed assault, during which GagasMAYHEM approached
Arthur_Chen and repeatedly shot him, while Sasha_Roslyakova simultaneously aided and
facilitated said killing by participating in the armed assault, thereby causing the death of
Arthur_Chen.

ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 26th of April, 2026, at Palmer County Hall, within the
State of Ridgeway, the Defendants, acting in concert with one another, and while aiding and
abetting the other, did unlawfully and intentionally cause the death of OfficerJClover with malice
aforethought, to wit: the Defendants entered Palmer County Hall together armed with firearms
and participated in a coordinated armed assault, during which Sasha_Roslyakova approached
OfficerJClover and repeatedly shot him, while GagasMAYHEM simultaneously aided and
facilitated said killing by participating in the armed assault, thereby causing the death of
OfficerJClover.
