SETTLEMENT
This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between CharlesLXV
(“Petitioner”) and the Ridgeway National Guard, by and through the Department of Justice
(“Respondent”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
INTRODUCTION
The above named Parties enter into this Agreement to fully and finally resolve all claims
arising out of the Administrative Complaint currently pending before the Administrative Court of
Ridgeway.
I. DISMISSAL OF CLAIMS
A. Upon execution of this agreement, the Petitioner agrees to voluntarily dismiss his
Administrative Complaint.
B. Further, the Petitioner agrees that such dismissal shall be final and that he will
never reopen any complaint again regarding this case. Petitioner agrees not to
refile, reinstate, or otherwise pursue any claim, action, or proceeding arising out
of or regarding the subject matter of the complaint.

II. REINSTATEMENT AND REMOVAL OF RECORDS
A. Upon dismissal of the case:
1. The Respondent agrees to expunge all administrative records regarding the
complaint (that is, 034-0329-MPI-RNG)
2. The Respondent agrees to reinstate the Petitioner to his original duties
with no disciplinary action on-file with regards to this case
3. The Respondent agrees to treat the matter as if it had not occurred for
internal administrative purposes.
III. NO ADMISSION OF LIABILITY
A. This Agreement does not constitute an admission of liability, wrongdoing, or
violation of law by either Parties. The Parties expressly deny any such liability.
IV. FULL AND FINAL RELEASE
A. Petitioner releases and discharges Respondent, including its agencies, officers,
employees, and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of
action arising out of or related to the subject matter of the Petitioner’s Complaint.\
V. ENFORCEMENT
A. This Agreement shall be enforceable in the Court of Ridgeway. Any breach of
contract shall be referred to the Court of Ridgeway.
VI. EXECUTION
A. Upon signature of both parties, this Agreement shall be considered executed and
final.
