CRIMINAL INFORMATION/INDICTMENT
COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant coldwither54 with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Attempted Murder - RCC § 3.08
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 26th of April, 2026, near the police department in
Palmer City, the Defendant did feloniously and with malice aforethought, attempt to kill and
murder Trooper_Novich, to wit: the Defendant approached Trooper_Novich before firing a
shotgun at them repeatedly, causing near-death before being incapacitated.
COUNT TWO: Attempted Murder - RCC § 3.08
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 26th of April, 2026, near the power station in Palmer
City, the Defendant did feloniously and with malice aforethought, attempt to kill and murder
aspenfun, to wit: the Defendant rammed aspenfun’s tow truck before getting out and shooting at
them repeatedly, before being incapacitated.
COUNT THREE: Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm - RCC § 5.05
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 26th of April 2026, near the police department in
Palmer City, the Defendant discharged a Barrage 1014 shotgun while within the city limits and
without legal reason to do so.
COUNT FOUR: Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm - RCC § 5.05
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 26th of April 2026, near the power station in Palmer
City, the Defendant discharged a Barrage 1014 shotgun while within the city limits and without
legal reason to do so.

COUNT FIVE: Obstruction of Transit Authority Personnel - RCC § 6.05(d)
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 26th of April 2026, near the power station in Palmer
City, the Defendant intentionally interfere with the operations of an RDOT Lancaster tow truck,
to wit: the Defendant unlawfully and knowingly rammed their vehicle into a tow truck driven by
aspenfun while that tow truck was towing two vehicles before shooting at aspenfun, causing them
to become obstructed in the performance of their official duties.
