CRIMINAL INFORMATION/INDICTMENT
COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant hoIorot with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Murder in the Second Degree - RCC § 3.10
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 25th of April, 2026, within the City of Palmer, the
Defendant did feloniously and with intent shoot and kill aspenfun, to wit: the Defendant did
intentionally and knowingly cause the death of aspenfun by repeatedly shooting them with a
firearm.
COUNT TWO: Brandishing - RCC § 5.04
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 25th of April 2026, within the City of Palmer, the
Defendant brandished a loaded Cline 911 handgun and did use said firearm in a sudden quarrel.
COUNT THREE: Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm - RCC § 5.05
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 25th of April 2026, within the City of Palmer, the
Defendant discharged a Cline 911 handgun while within the limits of Palmer city, without legal
reason to do so.
