COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant hoIorot with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Unlawful Possession of Firearms with Intent to Sell - RCC § 5.02
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 27th of April, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of at least
thirty-seven automatic firearms in a civilian storage capacity, to wit: the Defendant did hold ten
or more firearms capable of automatic fire in various vehicles, exceeding the statutory limit
without a valid Automatic Firearm License.
COUNT TWO: Unlawful Possession of Government-Issued Equipment - RCC § 5.08(a)
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 27th of April, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of at least
one extendable baton and two radios in a civilian storage capacity while off-duty, to wit: the
Defendant did hold these items inside a Black Gridlock van without proper authorization to do
so.
