CRIMINAL INFORMATION/INDICTMENT
COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant 051k with the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Unlawful Possession of Firearms with Intent to Sell - RCC § 5.02
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 16th of April, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of at least 40
Para 17 handguns in a civilian storage capacity, to wit: the Defendant did hold at least 40 Para 17
handguns inside a Black Lancelot while in a civilian capacity, without proper authorization to do
so.
COUNT TWO: Possession of tools used for theft - RCC § 4.02
OFFENCE TYPE: CIVIL INFRACTION
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 16th of April, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as a
result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of at least
two lockpicks inside a Black Tremor Cobral and Black Actila Sport.
COUNT THREE: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm - R.C.C. § 5.01
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 16th of April, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as
a result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of a
Rochester-90 submachine gun without an Automatic Firearms License, to wit: the firearm was
found inside a White Gridlock van belonging to the defendant.
COUNT FOUR: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm - R.C.C. § 5.01
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 16th of April, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, as
a result of a search warrant, the Defendant was found to be in the control and custody of at least
two Stetson M2-A automatic rifles without an Automatic Firearms License, to wit: the firearms

were found inside a Black Tremor Cobral belonging to the defendant.
COUNT FIVE: ATM Fraud - R.C.C. § 4.10
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 16th of April, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway, the
Defendant did knowingly and unlawfully possess proceeds derived from the tampering with
and/or theft from an ATM, to wit: thirteen units of traceable cash recovered from a vehicle within
the Defendant’s custody and control, said property being identifiable as currency exclusively
obtained through the unlawful tampering with or theft from an ATM.
COUNT SIX: Evidence Theft - R.C.C. § 4.09
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 29th of March, 2026, at the Palmer Car Dealership,
the Defendant did knowingly and unlawfully take and assume possession of items dropped from
the immediate vicinity of a dead body, to wit: ammunition and taser cartridges recovered from the
vicinity of the deceased Lieutenant Dankesche immediately following her death.
COUNT SEVEN: Murder in the Second Degree - R.C.C. § 3.10
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 29th of March, 2026, at the Palmer Car Dealership,
the Defendant did feloniously, willfully, and knowingly engage in conduct clearly dangerous to
human life, and did thereby cause the death of Lieutenant Dankesche, to wit: by participating in
an armed exchange of gunfire with Lieutenant Dankesche while acting in concert with another
armed individual, resulting in Lieutenant Dankesche sustaining fatal bodily injuries and death.
COUNT EIGHT: Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm - R.C.C. § 5.05
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 29th of March, 2026, at the Palmer Car Dealership,
the Defendant did use a firearm in the perpetration of a crime of violence, to wit: the Defendant
repeatedly discharged a Stetson M2-A automatic rifle outside the car dealership within Palmer
city limits without justification to do so.
