CRIMINAL INFORMATION/INDICTMENT
COMES NOW, I Detachment_Result, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege
and charge the Defendant M_troBoominwith the following offences:
COUNT ONE: Murder in the First Degree - R.C.C. § 3.09
OFFENCE TYPE: FELONY
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 6th of April, 2026, at the County Hall in Palmer,
Ridgeway County, the Defendant did feloniously, willfully, and of deliberately premeditated
malice aforethought, kill and murder a civil employee, to wit: the Defendant knowingly and
intentionally killed Magistrate Judge ghostbleed while they were engaged in a Court session.
COUNT TWO: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm - R.C.C. § 5.01
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 6th of April, 2026, at the County Hall in Palmer,
Ridgeway County, the Defendant did unlawfully carry and use a firearm in the commission of a
violent crime, to wit: the Defendant did use a Para 17 handgun in relation to the murder of
ghostbleed, without proper license or authority to carry and use said firearm.
COUNT THREE: Unlawful Display of a Firearm - R.C.C. § 5.03
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 6th of April, 2026, at the County Hall in Palmer,
Ridgeway County, the Defendant did willfully transport a Para 17 handgun into the courthouse.
COUNT FOUR: Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm - R.C.C. § 5.03
OFFENCE TYPE: MISDEMEANOR
ALLEGED CONDUCT: On or about the 6th of April, 2026, at the County Hall in Palmer,
Ridgeway County, the Defendant did deliberately and maliciously discharge a firearm, to wit: the
Defendant, without any legal reason to do so, repeatedly fired a Para 17 handgun inside the
Palmer County Hall, causing the death of one individual.
