MOTION FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT
Counter-Plaintiff Zoned_JJ (“Counter-Plaintiff”), by and through the undersigned
counsel, pursuant to Rid. R. Civ. P. 37(a), respectfully moves the court to enter default in
this matter, and states as follows in support:
1. On or about April 14, 2025, Counter-Defendant JamesGardai was served
with counterclaims in the matter of JamesGardai v. Zoned_JJ, RSC-CV-0853 (Rid.
Super. Ct. 2026) via the electronic filing system and the proceeding channel in
accordance with Rule 5 of the Ridgeway Rules of Civil Procedure.
2. As of April 25, 2026, Counter-Defendant JamesGardai has failed to plead
or otherwise defend himself within the time allowed and, therefore, is in default.
